Please find attached the Forms we require to forward to our Spanish customs agent so that they can act via us on your behalf for the Import into Spain stage of the Customs process
Or if your leaving Spain so they can act as the agent on your behalf for the export stage
(You are for legal purposes the importer when moving to Spain )
(or when leaving Spain your for legal purpose the Exporter)
(We will however collect the required information from you and act on your behalf and laisse with the agent to ensure the import clearances is done)
