Recently moved from Berja in southern Almeria to Bedar. Came across this family run busines, European Relocation Services Turre, on the internet. Got a very competitive quote for moving and storage of our belongs. Any questions or queries we had were answered very promptly by Ashley in the office.
On the Tuesday of the move van arrived bang on time. Loaded with the minimum of fuss.
Signing for our Bedar house and delivery of our goods was due to take place following Monday. However signing was brought forward to the Friday. We asked if they could deliver over weekend. We signed at 1pm on the Friday and delivery was there at 4.30pm. Nothing was to much trouble.
Lovely people and we highly recommend this company.

Just want to say thank you to Lynn, Paul and Ashley for taking such good care of our belongings and our dog who has obviously been spoiled whilst on his holiday through Scotland, England, France and Spain. These guys actually travelled all the way to the Outer Hebrides, an island off the west of Scotland. They had to cope with Ferry Cancellations because of bad weather and did not complain. When they arrived they managed to get to hour house on a slippery track which many would not have attempted.

We relocated to Spain in October this year from Warwickshire and booked ERS for their services.
They are a family company and we are so pleased that we used them .
They came on time to pick up all our belongings and were brilliant,they definitely know their packing skills.
Not only do they bring your things over they sort all the legal side with the custom clearance ect .
Also very important their prices are reasonable and fair .
We are renting at the moment but we will be using them soon when we move into our new home .

Every time they have been perfect at contacting us and keeping us informed of every part of their journey. A true hard working family business - run by honest hard working people. All seemed good at first apart from unorganised rushing of loading our stuff onto the van.. hour after leaving got told had to pay more money by WhatsApp as they put on more than quoted for. I said they should of told us that in person before leaving with our stuff and pets and that we can discuss it and sort out on delivery.
Also told that customs was shut so they had to sit in a hotel for 2 days with out pets (on a good note they were very good with our pets and updated us all the time)
Car arrived with damage and our bed was damaged, told Paul about damage he immediately started shouting at my partner in our house that it wasnt their fault they didn't want to put it on the van. I said to calm down what's the problem if they have insurance. My partner tried to speak to Paul again but he started shouting again so we told him to leave our property. He continued shouting as he got in his van while Lynn tried to reassure us and make excuses for her husband.
They basically said not to pay the extra money (that we hadn't even agreed to pay) to cover damage of car and bed.
To top it all off everything stinks of cigarette smoke. We have had to book a cleaning company to steam clean our sofas and my daughter's matress as it stinks..
It's a shame, there was no need for Paul to get aggressive and shout, we just wanted to have an adult conversation with him. Their son was great very helpful and lovely with our kids, it's a shame Lynn and Paul shouted at him all the time on collection and delivery was very awkward..
Overall would definitely not recommend

Sorry you feel that it was a rushed job upon loading, however we do not consider 5 .5 hrs to load a rushed job.
Nobody shouted at your partner voices had to be raised because your partner was constantly talking over everybody when trying to explain things. The sofas where in the trailer not the van, and Crissy told us upon loading that the sofa where in need of cleaning which they where doing when in UK, as for the factor of the extra costs you where by phone the day before loading that if you went over your booked space you would have extra costs to pay,you told upon loading that had exceeded the book amount. As for customs we have no control over there opening hours ,as your job fell between 2 red days they closed early unknowingly to us on day of loading, which ment we had 2 extra days I a hotel which extra costs for your pets ,which we covered the cost of .
You have been well compensated for the damage allegedly caused by us

26 July · ERS European Relocation Services are a very professionally run family business which we recently used to move some of our belongings from Cheshire to Uleila del campo Almeria.
Being post Brexit we were a little concerned over the customs procedures now in place but this was all taken care of for us by Ashley in the office whilst Paul and Lynne on the road collected our belongings and delivered them to us. Communication was excellent and we were kept informed at every stage.

I don't know what the etiquette for this kind of thing is here, so apologies if this is not allowed. My wife and I just wanted to thank Lynne Clark and her partner for the safe delivery of a few of our belongings from Scotland. Arranged to have a few boxes and a bike picked up on Saturday but they got there earlier than expected, so had our stuff picked up and delivered to our door in Javea yesterday afternoon.
I was a bit wary as I've never done anything like this before but I really had no need to worry. Every question I asked was answered, usually within moments of me messaging and the communication was great. All our things arrived exactly as we packed them. Highly recommended :) So again, Lynne, thanks a million, from both Gina and myself.

With a the rogue operators out there and not really knowing myself who could be trusted and not I just wanted to highly recommend European Relocation Services. They collected our stuff from Edinburgh and delivered it to Valencia extremely quickly, with great communication and with minimum fuss. They’re also very reasonably priced. We vastly underestimated how much stuff we had but nothing was an issue for Paul and Lynne and they helped us find a solution to get all of our stuff

I had the pleasure of this company not only bringing my furniture over but also transporting it to Turre for me.

Paul and his team are very particular in their packing method and have to be recommended in the safe transportation of others belongings.

Can't praise this,removal company enough .they picked my stuff up at 6pm on Monday the 17th July from Santopetar Taberno Almeria Spain and is at this minute being unloaded in hawick I n the Scottish borders .nothing was to much trouble .fantastic service by a very good company .at sensible prices .would recommend them to anyone great job you guys have a safe journey back home

We used this company yesterday and i cannot praise them enough.
Its the father and son who did the move and they more than met our expectations. They grafted from 8.30 until 5pm and were not expensive
They turned up on the time we agreed and we had to do an extra run in the van as they didnt want to risk dammage to our possesions. They did not charge extra for th8s..
...
All our furniture arrived without no dammage. So if you want a removal company who are honest and professional call lyn clark for a quote

Just had Lynne Clark and family take some stuff back to uk for us from Los gallardos turned up nice and early to collect and even with a issue with a wheel bearing still managed to get to delivery in cornwall I'm the time that was said collection on Monday at 14.00 delivered Saturday 10 am

Recently moved from Berja in southern Almeria to Bedar. Came across this family run busines, European Relocation Services Turre, on the internet. Got a very competitive quote for moving and storage of our belongs. Any questions or queries we had were answered very promptly by Ashley in the office.
On the Tuesday of the move van arrived bang on time. Loaded with the minimum of fuss.
Signing for our Bedar house and delivery of our goods was due to take place following Monday. However signing was brought forward to the Friday. We asked if they could deliver over weekend. We signed at 1pm on the Friday and delivery was there at 4.30pm. Nothing was to much trouble.
Lovely people and we highly recommend this company.

Just want to say thank you to Lynn, Paul and Ashley for taking such good care of our belongings and our dog who has obviously been spoiled whilst on his holiday through Scotland, England, France and Spain. These guys actually travelled all the way to the Outer Hebrides, an island off the west of Scotland. They had to cope with Ferry Cancellations because of bad weather and did not complain. When they arrived they managed to get to hour house on a slippery track which many would not have attempted.

We relocated to Spain in October this year from Warwickshire and booked ERS for their services.

All seemed good at first apart from unorganised rushing of loading our stuff onto the van.. hour after leaving got told had to pay more money by WhatsApp as they put on more than quoted for. I said they should of told us that in person before leaving with our stuff and pets and that we can discuss it and sort out on delivery.
Also told that customs was shut so they had to sit in a hotel for 2 days with out pets (on a good note they were very good with our pets and updated us all the time)
Car arrived with damage and our bed was damaged, told Paul about damage he immediately started shouting at my partner in our house that it wasnt their fault they didn't want to put it on the van. I said to calm down what's the problem if they have insurance. My partner tried to speak to Paul again but he started shouting again so we told him to leave our property. He continued shouting as he got in his van while Lynn tried to reassure us and make excuses for her husband.
They basically said not to pay the extra money (that we hadn't even agreed to pay) to cover damage of car and bed.
To top it all off everything stinks of cigarette smoke. We have had to book a cleaning company to steam clean our sofas and my daughter's matress as it stinks..
It's a shame, there was no need for Paul to get aggressive and shout, we just wanted to have an adult conversation with him. Their son was great very helpful and lovely with our kids, it's a shame Lynn and Paul shouted at him all the time on collection and delivery was very awkward..

Sorry you feel that it was a rushed job upon loading, however we do not consider 5 .5 hrs to load a rushed job.
Nobody shouted at your partner voices had to be raised because your partner was constantly talking over everybody when trying to explain things. The sofas where in the trailer not the van, and Crissy told us upon loading that the sofa where in need of cleaning which they where doing when in UK, as for the factor of the extra costs you where by phone the day before loading that if you went over your booked space you would have extra costs to pay,you told upon loading that had exceeded the book amount. As for customs we have no control over there opening hours ,as your job fell between 2 red days they closed early unknowingly to us on day of loading, which ment we had 2 extra days I a hotel which extra costs for your pets ,which we covered the cost of .
You have been well compensated for the damage allegedly caused by us

26 July · ERS European Relocation Services are a very professionally run family business which we recently used to move some of our belongings from Cheshire to Uleila del campo Almeria.
Being post Brexit we were a little concerned over the customs procedures now in place but this was all taken care of for us by Ashley in the office whilst Paul and Lynne on the road collected our belongings and delivered them to us. Communication was excellent and we were kept informed at every stage.

My wife and I just wanted to thank Lynne Clark and her partner for the safe delivery of a few of our belongings from Scotland. Arranged to have a few boxes and a bike picked up on Saturday but they got there earlier than expected, so had our stuff picked up and delivered to our door in Javea yesterday afternoon.
I was a bit wary as I've never done anything like this before but I really had no need to worry. Every question I asked was answered, usually within moments of me messaging and the communication was great. All our things arrived exactly as we packed them. Most excellent service and communication from Lynn, Paul and Richard. They have made the move of our family of 5 from south of France to Brighton absolutely stress free and nothing was too much trouble. Very efficient with packing and unpacking, these were at both locations earlier and maintained perfect communication throughout the move. With a the rogue operators out there and not really knowing myself who could be trusted and not I just wanted to highly recommend European Relocation Services. They collected our stuff from Edinburgh and delivered it to Valencia extremely quickly, with great communication and with minimum fuss. They’re also very reasonably priced. We vastly underestimated how much stuff we had but nothing was an issue for Paul and Lynne and they helped us find a solution to get all of our stuff

Can't praise this,removal company enough .they picked my stuff up at 6pm on Monday the 17th July from Santopetar Taberno Almeria Spain and is at this minute being unloaded in hawick I n the Scottish borders .nothing was to much trouble .fantastic service by a very good company .at sensible prices .would recommend them to anyone great job you guys have a safe journey back home

We used this company yesterday and i cannot praise them enough.
Its the father and son who did the move and they more than met our expectations. They grafted from 8.30 until 5pm and were not expensive
They turned up on the time we agreed and we had to do an extra run in the van as they didnt want to risk dammage to our possesions. They did not charge extra for th8s..
...

Just had Lynne Clark and family take some stuff back to uk for us from Los gallardos turned up nice and early to collect and even with a issue with a wheel bearing still managed to get to delivery in cornwall I'm the time that was said collection on Monday at 14.00 delivered Saturday 10 am

Service was excellent the only downside was having to pay more money as two trips were needed. The whole thing was stressful enough without having to deal with the van not being big enough.

if the customer hadn't mislead then they would have been no problems was 3 bedroom house not 2 many bin bags not listed suit cases not listed more carpets then listed underlay not listed at all . we charged for diesel costs only on the 2nd run the customer got a really cheap deal less
